Thomas Griffith was born in Wales.

Thomas was born on 8 May 1708 in Nantmel Parish, Radnorshire, Wales. He was the son of John Griffith and Amy (Morgan) Griffith.

Thomas died at the age of 61 on 31 May 1769 in Menallen, York, Pennsylvania and was buried in Bendersville, Adams County, Pennsylvania, United States.

Griffith-5506 and Griffith-2454 appear to represent the same person because: I believe these are the same person I had a later birth date of 1720 unproved
