Biography
He was the son of John Griffith and Florence Bearden. He used the surname Rhynes after Florence remarried to Ernest Rhynes, who seems to have raised him as his own. He served in the Army during WWII and his separation notice was issued in October 1946 at Camp Beale in California. He married Helen Louise Decker. Delbert passed away in 1996 in Tennessee and was cremated.
