Biography
William was born in 1819. He is the son of Elia Griffith and Rachel Patten. [1]
He married Louisa Ellis on 6 April 1843 in Washington, Ohio. [2]
In 1860 he was living with his wife Louisa in Tippecanoe Township, Pulaski, Indiana, United States. Their children were;
- Lewis H age 13
- Collins R age 12
- Rachael M age 9
- Nancy A age 6
- Hanah J age 3
- also a baby age 1
