Josiah Haskell's probate case 12763 ^[8] was dated 26 Jun 1684. His widow Sarah and daughter Abigail Stanley came to an agreement to revise the settlement set out in Josiah's will (which is not included in the probate file) The probate was settled 29 June 1702.
