Opal was born in 1926. She married Leonard V Ussery. When she passed away in 1998, she was supposedly buried in the Garden of the Last Supper, Tallahassee Memory Gardens, Tallahassee, Florida. She shares a grave marker with her husband there. However, one of two Find A Grave listings for her says she was buried in Apalachicola, Franklin, Florida, in the Magnolia Cemetery.
