Biography
Mary Griscom was the daughter of Tobias Griscom and Deborah Gabitas.[1]
She is assumed born in New Jersey between 1710, when her parents married, and 1720, when her father died.
Quaker meeting records indicating that a Mary Griscom died on 24 Feb 1774 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[2][3]
Research Note
1) Mary is listed in this profile as marrying Tobias Holloway. However no marriage record has been identified, and her death/burial record refers to her as Mary Griscom, which would seem unlikely if she had married. Also other unsourced documents suggest that Tobias Holloway actually married Deborah Gabitas (Mary's mother), as Deborah's second husband after Tobias Griscom died in 1720.
