Landon HS 1939? U.S.Naval Academy 1947. M.Ed. Stetson 1956. USN active 1943-1949, 1951-1953. Reserve to 1972? Promoted to Commander. High-school physics teacher in Winter Park in 1950s. Also active in the civil rights movement at this time. Moved to Northern Virginia (Arlington) 859; to 1109 Dead Run Dr, McLean VA 22101 1259. Initially worked on training programs for SSBN crews, with Naval Training command. In 1964 he moved to manpower modelling in Office of Secretary of Defense, and developed a pioneering software model (for manpower structuring). Retired about 1984.
