Virginia was born in 1926. She is the daughter of Jessie Gross and Eana Cooksey. She passed away in 2016.

Obituary

Virginia Mamie Boling, age 90, of Bauxite, passed away Wednesday,June 29, 2016 at Saline Memorial Hospice House in Bryant. She was born April 26, 1926 in Gregory, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Homer Jessie Gross and Ena Cooksey Gross.

Mrs. Boling was an excellent seamstress. She enjoyed cooking, as well as spending time with her family. Mrs. Boling was a member of Orion Missionary Baptist Church in Redfield. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Ray Boling; and son, Ronnie Ray Boling. Left to cherish her memory, son and his wife, of Bauxite; one daughter of Pine Bluff, two daughters of Bauxite; twelve grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and eleven great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services are 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 1, 2016 at Buie Funeral Home in Sheridan with Brother Chris Morrison officiating. Interment will follow at Orion Cemetery in Redfield. Visitation will be prior to the service, beginning at 12:00 p.m. Pallbearers are Mike Stokes, Anthony Brickey, Brodie Smith, Shane Olliver, Terry Gross, and Adam Harris. Arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan.
