Biography
When Dicia Elizabeth Gross was born on October 31, 1846, in Randolph, Missouri, her father, Noah, was 30, and her mother, Mary, was 22. She had two sons and two daughters with Charles Washington Talbott between 1871 and 1886. She died on June 30, 1917, in Atlanta, Missouri, at the age of 70, and was buried in Callao, Missouri.
