Elsabe Grote was born on August 10, 1637 in Wilsnach, Brandenburg, Germany. Her parents were Heine Grote and Ilse Lamprecht. She married Jurgen Heyl on August 16, 1657 Together they had 4 children:

1. Adam Heyl
2. Johannes Heyl
3. Magdalena Heyl
4. Sohn Heyl

She died on March 03, 1703 in Brandenburg, Germany. She was cremated. There was no marker.^[1][2]
