GROVER - At the family residence in the 4th ward, July 27, 1900, Miss Polly L. Grover, in the 54th year of her age. Miss Grover was the daughter of the late Joseph and Eunice Brundage Grover, and was born in Rutland, Jefferson County, New York, Dec. 26, 1846. She came with her parents to Beaver Dam, in 1854, and has resided here until early on last Friday morning, she was called to her heavenly home.

She was devoted to her parents and her friends, a cheerful friendly and consistent christian woman, and greatly respected by all who knew her.

The funeral was on Monday afternoon, July 30, and her burial in the Old Cemetery by the side of her parents ^[1]
