Elizabeth was a Friend (Quaker)

Biography

Elizabeth Grubb was born 12 Aug 1691 in West Nottingham, Cecil, Maryland to parents Henry Grubb and Mary Perkins.[1][2]

"Elizabeth was a strong Quaker who was widowed twice by the age of 22. She first married a Mr. Holms who died shortly afterwards without children. She then married Edward Beeson of West Nottingham, Chester County, Pennsylvania. (West Nottingham was actually in Cecil County, Maryland at this time.) They had two daughters (Elizabeth and Rachael) before he died. In 1715, Elizabeth married Joseph Rich in West Nottingham and had four children (Peter, Joseph, John and Martha)."[3]

She married firstly Edward Beeson on 20 Aug 1712 in Nottingham, Chester, Pennsylvania. Children:

  1. Elizabeth Grubb 1712-1770
  2. Rachel Beeson 1713-1733

After Edward died in 1712 she married secondly Joseph Rich in 1714 in Nottingham, Chester, Pennsylvania. Children:

  1. Joseph 1715-1787
  2. Peter 1715-1746
  3. John 1717-1798
  4. Martha 1721

She died about 1730 in West Nottingham, Cecil, Maryland.[4]

Unknown-281452 and Grubb-121 appear to represent the same person because: These two profiles share the same profile managers. The basically unsourced Unknown-281452 has what appears may be an incorrect husband and the offspring here are the same names as on Grubb-121 but with different years of birth. I'm proposing the merge to see if the PMs are amenable to untangling these issues and resolving dates of the children to match primary source records. Please let me know on this and thanks.
