It may be possible to confirm family relationships with William by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.

The children Thomas Grubbs-89 and William Thomas Grubbs-249 are both to old to have been the children of Thomas and Isabell (Polk) Grubb. They will be removed when alternate parents are found. (Similarities between these two child profiles make me think they are the same person -- a William Grubbs, of unknown parents, who died in 1775 Kentucky) See:

Thomas Grubb (c1715-1779) and Isabella Polk (c1715-1807) are both about 8 years old and to young to have a son born in 1722. I suggest they be removed as the parents of Thomas Grubbs-89. Is it possible that Thomas Grubbs-89 is the same person as William Thomas Grubbs-249 who is also to old to be a child of Thomas and Isabella?
Thomas Grubb (c1715-1779) and Isabella Polk (c1715-1807) are both about 8 years old and to young to have a son born in 1723. I suggest they be removed as the parents of William Thomas Grubbs-249.
Thomas and Isabella are NOT my entries but Thomas find a grave says there is NO birth date and the death date is 1779. You will have to contact the profile manager for Thomas and Isabella and have him do the research. They are the parents of William Thomas Grubbs who is my entry. I had no details other than from the Hearne family.
