No birth record located. Birthdate estimated based on marriage date. Parents are likely because Sarah Grundy's mother Elizabeth died at Balllygoman, co Wexford. Sarah Grundy's marriage certificate describes her as 'of Balligoman ... in the county of Wexford'. Among the witnesses were Elizabeth and Jonathan Poole, presumably her mother and step-father.
She received a bequest of £15 from her father's estate.
She married at Wexford Town, 1 July ("5th month") 1694, William Chamberlin of Castlesow, a member of a prominent Quaker family. She was living at Ballygoman at that date.

Grundy-957 and Grundy-624 appear to represent the same person because: They have the same name. The date of birth (known) of one is consistent with the date of marriage (known) of the other. Both were resident in county Wexford. Most convincingly, Sarah Grundy-957's mother Elizabeth died at Balllygoman, co Wexford. Sarah Grundy-624's marriage certificate describes her as 'of Balligoman ... in the county of Wexford'. Among the witnesses were Elizabeth and Jonathan Poole, presumably her mother and step-father.
