Stella was born on 15 Mar 1911^[1] and baptized 16 Apr 1911, the daughter of Tomasz Gryboś and Anna Zajda. She married Lewis Frank Shopek on 24 Sep 1929.^[2] They had five children including:

2. Gloria May 1932-2021
3. Michael Francis 1958-2008

Stella died on 17 Jul 2002^[3] and was buried on 19 Jul 2002 at St. Mary's Cemetery in Minneapolis.^[4]
