Biography

Timothy Guard was born about 1814 in Indiana.^[1] He was the son of Ezra Guard and Mary Miller.^[1]

He married Rebecca Hayes on September 2, 1837 in Hamilton County, Ohio.^[2] They had at least 6 children.^[1][3]

In 1880, Timothy, now a widower is found with his son, Hiram in Lawrenceburg Township (Dearborn County).^[4]

He died after the 1880 census was taken (and is not found in the 1900 census).
