WEDDING REPORT. GUDGEON— McELHONE. The marriage of Miss Maureen McElhone, eldest daughter of Mr. A. T. McElhone (Mayor of Moree.) and the late Mrs. McElhone, to Mr. Evan Gudgeon youngest son of the late Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Gudgeon, of Albury, was celebrated at St. Mary's Basilica on Saturday last by her cousin, Rev. Father J. Toohey. The bride wore a dusty pink romaine frock with long tight sleeves and a floor-length skirt. Gunmetal beading trimmed the collar and cuffs, and she chose a toque of pink flowers with an attractive shoulder veil and carried contrasting delphiniums and carnations. Miss Kathleen McElhone, sister of the bride, was bridesmaid, and wore a frock of Ice blue crepe with a floral pattern of coral flowers finished with a coral taffeta sash, Her picture hat was of matching straw. Mr. John Ford was best man. At the reception, which was held at the Pickwick Club, Mrs. E. Thornton, the bride's aunt, received the guests wearing a gown of rust crepe.
