Administration (with the Will) of the effects of Ann Arthur BROOKS formerly of Ash in the Parish of Throwley, but late of Meldon, Oakehampton both in the County of Devon, Widow, who died 30 September 1872 at Meldon was granted at the Principal Registry of Frederick William BOURNE of 26 Herbert Street, Hoxton in the County of Middlesex, Bible Christian Minister the Treasurer of the Bible Missionary Society one of the Residuary Legatees.

Ann Arthur Guest entered the Bible Christian ministry in 1820 and served in many circuts around the country before disappearing from the records in 1841.

She married James Brooks, who was recorded as the president of the conference 1838.

James was recorded as a Bible Christian Minister on the 1851 census, when he and Ann resided in Harry Hill, East Dean, Gloucsetor.
