Biography

Sarah (Guest) Soare was a convict on the Third Fleet.

Sarah was tried and convicted at Warwick Assizes and sentenced to seven years transportation to the colony of New South Wales.

Sarah was one of 106 convicts transported on the ship "Mary Ann". She departed in January 1791 and arrived in Sydney 9 July 1791.

Sarah married John Soar at Parramatta on 25 September 1791. She was 33 years old. [1]She had 2 children, Catherine born 1792 and John born 1794.

She died, aged 55, on 11 May 1813 at Pitt Town [2]and was buried at Pitt Town cemetery.
