Susanna was born in the Province of North Carolina. She was the daughter of Jonathan Guice and Anna Stump. Her parents had settled in Tennessee for a bit while migrating west from Pennsylvania. They then moved to Franklin, Mississippi around 1790.
On 21 July 1803, in Natchez, Adams, Mississippi, she married John A. Kinnison Sr. They were 1st cousins, as John's mother and Susanna's father were brother and sister. They settled in Adams where they had 12 known children.
In 1811 they moved to Franklin, MS. They remained here the rest of their lives.
John and Susanna died in October of 1880, the JGG bible[1] says that she died at the age of 90, making it in 1880. It is unknown where they are buried.
