Biography

Nicolas and his wife Jeanne Sauté are named on the marriage record of their son Nicolas in 1667 in New France.[1]

The contract for their son's marriage states Nicolas was deceased although the marriage record itself does not indicate his parents' status.

Copied from the website: Association Des Familles Guilmette, Rich Guilmet, Manchester, New Hampshire:

"The name Guillemet has verious spelling's..Guillemette, Guilmet, Gilmet and "Guilmette. All Guilmet's regardless of the spelling are descendents to Nicholas and Jeanne (Saute) Guilmet. The Guillemet's originated in France then sailed for New France, married in Quebec City, then moved to Chateau Richer, then settled on an island called Ile d'Orleans and then moved to Bellechasse/Montmagny area where 5 generations were born. It was their son Nicolas (Baptized 13 July 1644) and Marie Selle who were married in Quebec City in 1667, then settled in Chateau Richer then onto the island. "

Guillemet-13 and Guilmet-17 are the same person.

Whife also are the same person.

After those merge we can merge their son.

"Open" Privacy Level is required for anyone over 200 years old per the Wiki Genealogist Honor Code. The privacy level for this person is "Public" and there is no date information for him so I cannot accept a merge with Guillemet-2. More information is still needed for merge.
