Marie Rose (Rosalie) Guimond was born on 30 Aug 1852 and was baptized on 10 Sep 1852 in Sainte-Luce parish (now Frenchville), Aroostook, Maine. She was the daughter of Thomas Guimond and his wife Domithilde Pelletier. Godparents at Rosalie's baptism were Rosalie Nadeau and Abraham Pelletier. Rosalie married first husband Prudent Saucier in 1873; he died in 1879. Rosalie married second husband Charles Roy in 1884. Rosalie died on 12 Mar 1936; she was buried in Saint Francis Catholic Cemetery in Waterville, Kennebec, Maine.
