Biography
Mary Anne Guinness was born in 1787 in Dublin. She was the daughter of Arthur Guiness and Olivia Whitmore. She was baptised on 8 June 1787 in St Catherine's Church, Dublin.
She married Rev John Burke on 22 November 1809 in St George's Church, Dublin. [1]

- on Wednesday last in Rutland Square, Dublin, the Rev John Burke of Ballydugan, co Galway to Miss Mary Anne Guinness, dau of the late Arthur Guinness, Esq. of Gardiner St, Dublin.
They had seven children in 19 years.
She died on 2 July 1858 at the age of 71.

Her death in Dublin was announced in the Morning Chronicle 7 July 1858; she was buried at Mount Jerome on the 5th and her will was proved in Dublin on 31 July (probate calendar). in both sources her name is spelled Marianne. Phil Richardson's comment is a red herring: the Mary Anne Burke whose death was registered in St Giles district in that quarter was aged 18!
