Baroness Anne Lee Guinness was born in 1832 in Ashford, Wicklow, her father, Sir, was 34, and her mother, Elizabeth, was 19. She married Sir William Conyngham Plunket, 4th Baron Plunket of Newton, Archbishop of Dublin on 11 June 1863 in Clontarf, Dublin. They had six children in 14 years. She died on 8 November 1889 in Wicklow, Wicklow, at the age of 57.
Anne was the sister of Lord Ardilaun (Sir Arthur Edward Guinness); Benjamin Lee Guinness and Edward Guinness, 1st Earl of Iveagh.
She married Most Rev. William Conyngham Plunket, 4th Baron Plunket of Newton (son of John Span Plunket, 3rd Baron Plunket of Newton and Charlotte Bushe) on 11 June 1863. in Clontarf, Dublin, Ireland.[1]
As a result of her marriage, Anne Lee Guinness was styled as Baroness Plunket of Newton on 16 April 1871.
