Adelaide was born in 1844. She was the daughter of Richard Guinness and Katherine Jenkinson.
She married Edward Cecil Guinness, 1st Earl of Iveagh (son of Sir Benjamin Lee Guinness, 1st Bt.and Elizabeth Guinness) on 20 May 1873 at Windsor, Berkshire, England.[1]
They had 3 children:
As a result of her marriage, Adelaide Maria Guinness was styled as Baroness Iveagh of Iveagh on 19 January 1891. She was styled as Viscountess of Iveagh on 18 December 1905.
She passed away on 16 February 1916 at the age of about 72.[2]
