Biography

Agnes was born in 1892. She is the daughter of Simon Gullery and Clarissa Blizzard.

Agnes married a Blacksmith, Louis 'Nicholas' Gestro in 1910 at Picton. She had 3 children to Nicholas.

In the 1940's, they moved to Wellington and Nicholas returned to his trade of Blacksmith. Several years after his death,

Agnes moved to Island Bay where she remained until her death in 1972 age 81. She is buried at Karori Cemetery, Wellington
