She is called "daughter of Gunston" or "filiae Gunstone" in the visitations; in The Navy of Edward VI and Mary I her son Sir Christopher Draper is called cousin of Benjamin Gonson, indicating that she was a sister of William Gonson (NB that Christopher Draper also names "Elizabeth Gonson, goddaughter" in his will).
