Hi Kathy,

I can't send a private message and hope you can message me so I can reply. Recently you made signifigant changes to at least one relatives profile I created last month (Sigmon-978) without any leaving any notes, comments or sending me a message regarding such a drastic overhaul. I've created or adopted and then sourced and written bios for hundreds of profiles and this is the first time this has happened so I'm hoping there is a new WikiTree formatting reason for why this was done. For example, some information (like the first paragraph of the bio) was deleted then reposted and saved as a single change, and the last paragraph of her bio/inline citations were deleted where the bio info. was not replaced and my inline citations were replaced with sources taken from my "Sources and Resources" section. My name was even deleted from Acknowledgments and I literally created the profile last month.

I enjoy working with others on WikiTree and would gladly work with you on any profiles and I always welcome new information but since this isn't that type of situation, I'd find it very helpful to understand why this was done before putting in the effort to return it back to it's original format- especially if something was done incorrectly or seemingly in offense on my end. Cheers! Becky Elizabeth Simmons-11603

Kathy, thank you for editing AB Hook, I have been trying to obtain more info on him as he is my great grandfather, even in our famiy bible there is no information to take me back any further. If you can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

The more information you cite on Andrew Berryhill Hook's WikiTree profile, the easier it will be for fellow researchers to assist you. You have two profiles for his wife Nancy. They need to be merged but the profiles show her as Nancy White and as Nancy Shook. What was her maiden name? Kathy

Kathy. Thank you for the merge with for my grandmother Esther Marie McKinney. I have been researching my dads family for a couple of years. I always like new information and finding cousins and relatives. Jessica Mcguirk.

Sorry, that free space page you wanted access to is attached to personal category for jcoxffGED. I will not be granting you access. All the information is also available on from the changes tab.

If you have an issue with any profiles I manage please leave a comment on the profile rather than posting on g2g. If you comment on my profile please include the WikiTree ID.

re: Muller-2496, "I removed my name from "Acknowledgments"; my original text and source citations have been drastically revised." What a shame! ;) I love love your work, Kathy. Thank you for all you do for our WikiTree.

Hi Kathy,

Are you able to help with this merge: Heyl-Hoyle-2 into Heyl-29? I think you are our resident expert on the Heyls... I'll add you as a manager for Heyl-29. Says it's project protected and I have no idea what to do. Can't find project tags in the profile... Thanks so much! E.M.
