Biography
Mary was born in 1874. She was the daughter of Pinkney Gustin and Susannah Fordyce. She is said to have first married her mother's brother Henry Fordyce, with whom she had a child in 1893. [1] How the marriage ended--whether by divorce or annulment is unknown. Mary later married John Chalkey James. She passed away in 1908. [2]
