Arthur first lived in Wisconsin with his wife, and then relocated to Chicago, Illinois. He later lived and died in Phoenix, Arizona.
Art and Mae had four children. The last one, a girl, was a "preemie" and did not survive. [1]
They began their family in Wisconsin, later moving to Chicago. Art began a car dealership in Fox Lake, Illinois and also had a share of a gas station there. According to his granddaughter, he was quite a character. One day he got on his motorcycle with his girlfriend on the back and took off for Wisconsin, leaving his wife and children behind. None of them saw him again for many years.
Art and his girlfriend never married. They moved to Phoenix, Arizona where they passed away. His death was due to a heart condition.
Mae moved to Pompano Beach, Florida to live with her daughter, Irene Pechous and her husband Jim.
