Patricia Ann Guthrie was born on Nov 4, 1939 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny, Pennsylvania, United States, daughter of John/Jack Patrick Guthrie (1906–1999) and Anna Mae Niederst (1911–2000).
She died four months later on Mar 3, 1940 in Pittsburgh, from what the doctors described as "Status thymicolymphaticus."[1] At the time of her death she was living at 1507 N. Lang Ave. [1] She was buried in Holy Name Cemetery, West Mifflin, Pennsylvania.
