Biographie
Claude Guyon (l'orthographie standardisée, également Dyon et Guion) naquit en 1715 à Saint-Famille, Canada, Nouvelle-France, de Claude (Guyon) Guion et de Catherine Blouin.[1] Catherine était la seconde épouse de Claude père.
En 1741 à Sainte-Famille, Claude épousa Marie-Brigitte Gaulin, fille de Jean-Baptiste Gaulin et de Marie-Thérèse Bouchard.[2] Selon Nos Origines, ils eurent six enfants.
Claude décéda à Sainte-Famille en 1796 à l'âge de 81 ans. L'acte de sépulture ne mentionne pas Marie Brigitte, qui vécut un peu plus de deux ans de plus.[3]

Claude Guyon (standardized spelling, also Dyon and Guion) was born in 1715 in Saint-Famille, Canada, New France, to Claude (Guyon) Guion and Catherine Blouin.[1] Catherine was the second wife of Claude Sr.
In 1741 in Sainte-Famille, Claude married Marie-Brigitte Gaulin, daughter of Jean-Baptiste Gaulin and Marie-Thérèse Bouchard.[2] According to Nos Origines, they had six children.
Claude died in Sainte-Famille in 1796, 81 years old. The burial record does not mention Marie Brigitte, who lived a little more than two years longer.[3]
