Margaret was born in about 1732. She had a son named Thomas Hill, who was named after her brother, also Thomas Hill. It is unknown whether she married someone named Hill prior to marrying John or if Thomas was born out of wedlock. She later married John Harville and was mentioned in his will, along with her son, Thomas Hill[1].

Research notes

Some researchers have given Margaret a middle name of Rebekah, but there are no sources that support this and it's suspected that there is some conflation of different women named Margaret Hill.

Margaret's correct LNAB appears to be Hill.
