Biography

Agnes Haché was born on 8 Jan 1814 and baptized on 13 Jan 1814 in Grande-Digue, New Brunswick, the daughter of Maurice Hache and Gertrude Despres.[1][2]

Agnes married Alexandre Babineau, son of Pierre Babineau and Anne-Esther Poirier, on 6 Oct 1834 in Grande Digue.[3][4] Witnesses on the groom's side were Pierre Babineau his father and Antoine Babineau his brother, and on the bride's side Maurice Haché her father and Joseph Haché her brother. Their children were:

  4. Euphemie Babineau (1841–1927)

In the 1861 census Annias (sic, age 48) lived in Dundas, Kent, New Brunswick.[5]

She died on 19 Apr 1866 and was buried two days later in Grande-Digue.[6][7] Her age noted in the parish register was 52 years.
