Biography

ANNE OLIVIER veuve Hache is on the Wall of Names at the Acadian Memorial in St. Martinville, Louisiana Plaque 10-Right L'Amitie. Listed with her is Magdaleine Apauline. [the 10 year old orphaned niece of her deceased husband, child of Joseph Hache and Marie Dumont.] [1]

Madeleine Apolline Haché was born on 25 Nov 1771, daughter of Joseph (Hache) Haché and Marie Dumont. [2]Madeleine's daughter was Martin Pedro Robine.

8 November 1785 :Immigration - New Orleans, Orleans, LA.[3]

Magdelaine Apolline HACHÉ, age 10, "sa fille de dit nièce" (daughter of the niece of Anne OLIVIER, sic, she was really the daughter of her deceased husband's brother). They traveled together as the 37th family (or 2 persons) aboard "L'Amitié." Ana OLIVIER is listed on the Spanish debarkation record, but apparently was issued no tools.

Born a twin. Her son Martin Pedro ROBINE, born in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana on Oct 20, 1802, baptised there December 12, 1802. The baptism record gives his mother as "Magdalena Apolinaria ACHE, native of San Servando las Dos in Brittany" with maternal grandparents Joseph Ache, Maria DUMON.

Martin's father Gils Robine was native of Trinidad.
