Davidson Co NC WB 2:89,90. Elizabeth (X) Pinkston dated 6 Sep 1853. No probate date. Named brother Franklin W. Haden, sister Nancy S. Fitzgerald. Nephews: Ira Adison Fitzgerald & Jesse H. Hodges, sons of Nancy. Burgess F., Jesse Thomas & James H., son of Franklin W. Robert Leppard, son of my sister Lucinda Rice. No exr named. Wit: John Koonts, James Wiseman. Buried Fitzgerald/Haden Cemetery.


Elizabeth Pinkston had no children at the time she wrote her will. But there is a William F. Pinkston buried in Fitzgerald/Haden Cemetery. b. 13 Oct 1835; d. 1 Oct 1841.


1850 Census. Davidson Co NC Elizabeth Pinckston, age 50, b. NC - lived alone. But she was next door to her widowed sister, Nancy Fitzgerald, and Nancy's three Fitzgerald sons.
