Ann Hadfield was born in Oldham, Lancashire in 1860  her mother's maiden name was Broadbent. In 1882 she married Bentley Smith Heywood in Oldham.. Ann died 1914 aged 53 in Oldham and was buried in unconsecrated ground three days later.

1881 census age 20 living with her grandmother Sarah Broadbent in Oldham
1891 census age 30 with husband and three children
1901 census age 40 with husband and four children
1911 census age 50 with husband and four children, listed as Haywood
I am so far unable to find Ann or her mother in the 1861 census, but her father Edwin Hadfield is in Greenacres Rd, Oldham by himself (married). It is unclear to me why she was buried in unconsecrated ground unless she was a non-conformist (Family search ref below). 1933 husband died in Oldham
