Simon was born on 20 March 1723 in Groton, Massachusetts. He was the son of Benjamin Hadley (abt.1684-1776) and Mehitable (Applin) Hadley (1688-1745).[1]
Simon married Beulah (Lyons) Hadley (abt.1725-) on 15 November 1750 in Walpole, Massachusetts.[2]
