Biography
Susanna was the daughter of Ebenezer Hadley and Abigail Spaulding. [1] [2] Susanna married Wilder Rice about 1786. Their children were:
- Roswell Rice 1787–1857
- Wilder Rice 1790–1864 m. Mary Brooks
- Absalom Rice 1795–1840
Her DAR lineage states that she is the daughter of Samuel Hadley and Jerusha Roberts. I don't think this is true. Susanna dau of Ebenezer and Abigail had a brother that married Wilders sister. So this seems the right place for her.
