Biography

Lyle Chauncey Haff was born on September 12, 1903, in Mankato, Blue Earth, Minnesota, to Guy Haff and Elvy Crocker.[1] In 1905, he is living with his parents and sister, Madge Genevieve, in Goodrich, Taylor, Wisconsin.[2] Sometime between then and 1910, they moved to 1489 Hythe Street in St. Paul Ward 10 in Ramsey, Minnesota.[3] The four of them are still here in 1920, as well as Lyle's younger brother, Fred.[4]

He was married to Elizabeth G. Kuslich on July 19, 1926.[5] In 1930, they are living at 1516 W. Grantham Street in St. Paul, Ramsey, Minnesota, along with their sons, Glenn Lyle and Allen Stephen.[6] Sometime before 1935, they moved to 442 Whitall Street in the same city, where the four of them are still living in 1940.[7]

He died on November 23, 1975, in Ramsey, Minnesota,[8] and is buried here near his parents and wife at Roselawn Cemetery.[9]
