Biography

Samuel II was born in Watertown, Middlesex, Massachusetts Bay, British Colonial America on September 1, 1698, the son of Samuel & Sarah (Mixer) Hagar [1]

He married first Hannah Park about 1724 - their children were Hannah, Sarah, Elizabeth & Lydia

After the death of wife Hannah he married Mary Fiske, [2] daughter of John & Mary (Whitney) Fiske, on 25 Nov 1735 at Waltham, Middlesex, MA - parents of Samuel III, Moses, Mary, Jonathan, Abigail, Sarah, Elijah, John, Susanna & Lucy

Hello. I looked in vital records for Waltham and located no entry for Samuel Hagar. Personally, I suspect that this Samuel Hagar may be the Samuel Hagar who died in Westminster, Massachusetts in 1774 aged about 77.

Vital records of Watertown state that he and Mary were married in Watertown, not Waltham.
