Aaron Hagerman's will was recorded in Lycoming Co, PA. and dated 9 March 1829. The abstract of which does not say if this was the date of the will or probate and a partial copy of the original is missing the portion containing the dates. His will names wife Asenath to receive 40 acres land and after her death this land goes to their daughters, Mary wife of Peter Vananda, Sarah wife of Thomas Green, Susanna wife of George Ayers, Asenath and Hannah Hagerman, these last two of whom were not married. If Hannah and Asenath were to die unmarried then their share goes to the others. Son James got a tract of land he was already living on, and Isaiah b 1786 got the tract his father had lived on, while Samuel b 1794 got the tract he was already living on. This land was bound to the east by land of James Hagerman, by the north to land of Thomas Caldwell deceased, to the south was land of Joseph Wilson?? and to the west by lands hereafter disposed (the abstract named these other persons: Aaron Blair, John Cummings and the heirs of Banforth Bowen). Executors: Asenath Hagerman, son Isaiah and daughter Asenath. Portion of original page received August 2003 from the Registrar of Probate for Lycoming Co, and a copy of an abstract which gave witnesses as Henry Hosemaker (or is that Shoemaker?) and Henry Ellis.
