Biography

Sarah was born on September 20th 1820 in Kentucky. She was the daughter of Pleasant H Haggard and Elizabeth Watts.

She married Ezekiel Elkin on June 30th 1842 in Clark, Kentucky.^[1]

She passed away sometime after 1900.
