Biography
Elizabeth was born on February 27th 1787 in North Carolina to William Haggard and Mary Ann Aiken.
She married John Anderson on June 12th 1810 in Madison County, Kentucky.[1] They had at least four children:
- William Anderson
- David Rice Anderson
- Martha Ann Anderson McGee
- John Anderson
In 1850 she was living in Dubuque County, Iowa with two of her sons, a daughter-in-law, and five grandchildren.[2]
In 1860 she was living in Dubuque County, Iowa with her son, a daughter-in-law, eight grandchildren, and two farm laborers.[3]
She passed away on October 28th 1867 in Dubuque County, Iowa. She is buried in McGee Cemetery with her husband.[4]
