Biography

James Haggard died young.

James Haggard was born about 1849 in Kentucky, USA to John Haggard and Sarah Haggard.

In 1850 he was living in Henry County, Kentucky with his parents, six siblings, and an enslaved person. [1]

James is not enumerated in his family's household in the 1860 census taken on August 8th 1860. It is likely he died before this date. His family were living in Henry, Kentucky by 1850, and Bates, Missouri by at least 1860 (they likely migrated in 1853). At this time it is unknown if he passed in Kentucky or Missouri.
