Biography
George Hague was born in Yorkshire, England.
George was born in 1862[1].
George married Clara Burkinshaw in October 1882 at Wortley, Yorkshire[2]. They had at least seven children as shown in the 1891, 1901 and 1911 Census' detailed below.

George Hague died in Wortley, Yorkshire in 1936 [3][4].
Research Notes
The birthplaces of George and Clara are shown as 'Birley Carr' in the 1911England Census. This was their previous place of residence. Some of the children are recorded as being born at 'Lapwater' in the 1911 England census shown below. Lapwater was a hamlet in the parish of Ecclesfield, Yorkshire. [5].
There appears to be discrepancies between the details in the 1911 Census and the other Census' in terms of places of birth the the way that names are recorded (middle names instead of first names). However, as the names of the children are essentially the same, and the dates correlate, it is reasonable to assume that the 1911 Census record is of this George Hague and his family.
