George Washington Hahn was born on October 20, 1824 in Pennsylvania, United States, son of Jacob Hahn (1782–1875) and Rachael Shoemaker (abt. 1800– ).[1]

George married Margaret Jane Coombs (born August 23, 1841). Their children were:

George (22) married Mary Elizabeth Swiger (13) (born 1833) on August 21, 1847 in Muskingum, Ohio, United States.

Their children were:

In 1880, George (55) was living in 254, 264. [1]

George died on January 9, 1909, aged 84.
