Biography

Hannah was born in 1674. Hannah Haines ... She passed away in 1717.[1]

"ID: I674 _UID: 8F49D3C69CFC4700986DD0ECBE05F5BF88A0 Name: Hannah Wife of John BORTON Reference Number: 674 Sex: F Birth: ABT 1670 in England Death: BEF 1717 in Evesham, Burlington County, New Jersey Note:

According to "300 Years of Bortons in North America", editor Betty M Mann: John and Esther Borton Haines did have a daughter Hannah, but she was born in 1699. They were married in 1684 and could not have been the parents of Hannah born c.1670. This book gives John Borton Jr's wife as Hannah, but no surname.

There are several references to this Hannah being Hannah Haines and possibly the daughter of John and Esther (Borton) Haines. This is unlikely, since that Hannah Haines would be the neice of John Borton, Jr.

Hannah's husband John Borton, Jr., is brother to Esther Borton Haines.
