Researchers Notes

Thomas Hale's Find A Grave memorial (https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/93968830/thomas-hale) may have caused some confusion between the multiple Thomas Hale who are "DAR Ancestors." The date of birth is given as October 29, 1742, which is the date of birth of Captain Thomas Hale, who died in 1812 in Franklin county, Virginia and married Jane Armstrong. [3]
