Robb, the son of William Halfkenny and Margaret Brown,[1] was born about 1887. (see research notes) Their family lived in Amherst, Cumberland, Nova Scotia; his father worked as a stonecutter.[2]
Rob died (age 28) on 23 September 1915 in Bangor, Penobscot, Maine.[1][3]
